The legal team advised the PML-N to go for the vote of confidence option
The legal team of the PML-N has advised the leadership to go for the option of vote of confidence against the Chief Minister of Punjab.
An important meeting of Muslim League-N was held in Lahore under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in which the political situation of Punjab was discussed.
In the meeting, the political situation in Punjab has concluded the constitutional consultation on the statements of the dissolution of the assemblies, and it has been agreed to hold meetings.
The meeting agreed on the option of submitting a written request to the governor for a vote of confidence, and the legal team of the PML-N has also suggested going for the option of a vote of confidence.
On the other hand, it is agreed to give Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain the target of contacts with the members of the Q-League, and the former president and king of reconciliation Asif Zardari has indicated contacts with the disgruntled members of Tehreek-e-Insaf.
Addressing the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that he will not be a part of any unconstitutional action, and will take every step to save the Punjab government.
Immediately after the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif left for Islamabad from Lahore.
